Another useful tool is ColourHexa if you have the Hexidecimal value for your colour (which can be converted from RGB values) its a useful tool if your tone or shade is a little off it will give you the Hex values of similar colours plus if you are looking to match a colour with complementary or analogous colours this tool will do the work for you. Once you've selected your colour open up the colour editor and you should be able to find the Red, Green, Blue or RGB values these numbers can be put into tools such as e-paint which can find a suitable colour code. Use the pipette tool to select part of the image with your desired colour its best to select a few areas and eyeball the difference in brightness and darkness of the colour you select as in an image its unlikely to be uniform try to select a colour that isn't too bright or too dark.
